We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned.
While we generally cannot offer refunds, we are here to help if you have any concerns about your purchase.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
You have up to 30 days from the purchase date to request and complete your return. These must take place in order to receive a refund; however, doing so does not guarantee a refund will be awarded or possible.
Requesting a Refund:
Step one: contact customer service and ask for a Return Authorization [RA] Identification Number. Next, label the return with the RA# and send mail to REAL SPIRIT USA, c/o GLP, 320 S. ROCK BLVD., SUITE 210, RENO, NV 89502.
You are and will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If we are providing a shipping label of any kind, the cost associated with this action will be deducted from any refund resources. All products MUST be returned in the original containers in a 'like new' condition; any and all damages will directly reduce any refund amounts. Please include all original parts, collateral, literature, warranties, packaging, and bundled goods. It is essential to remove any and all used consumables (for example, filters) and make certain any and all units have been cleaned and dried appropriately before shipping.
If all requirements have been met to satisfaction, refunds may be provided for unused consumables, whereas the cost of any and all used ones are to be taken or deducted from said refund.
Terms & Conditions:
Please keep in mind the original and/or upgraded shipping costs involved are considered non-refundable without negotiation, which includes refusal or refused 'Return to Sender,' as well as any and all undeliverable packages. All items MUST BE returned, and all items MUST BE received within the 30-day window from the original purchasing date.
Upon satisfactory receipt of all requirements of the order, the customer can expect to receive a refund less applicable shipping charges, any costs of used consumables, as well as any and all fees based on the item's/order's condition.
Returns that are made after the 30-day period are subject to discretionary resolution, which could include additional charges, and incurring a restocking fee at discretion of authorized personnel.
Any and all promotional, closeout, clearance, sales, certified, open box, like-new, financed, and/or international voltage units/orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for return or refund.
